I, of course, had to include my cat Smokey in this branding, because he’s a very special cat that deserves to be immortalized in a part of my life that’s such a constant. What would this brand new vibe be without including him in the fantasy? He’s been in my life for 12 long years, ever since he was just a month old. Being my mom’s cat to start, I inherited him after she passed, and I almost think of him as a part of the inheritance that manifested the strong, unconditional love she gave while she was around.

He’s a goofy little goober for the most part, but my mom always said he’s the best cat she ever had. What a serendipitous, heartwarming honor it was to be his next caretaker. Of course he would be included in the new branding.

The closer we get to the date, the more excited I feel…but also the more ANXIOUS I feel about it! However, I do feel that if I wasn’t at least a little anxious about it, it wouldn’t mean that I truly believed in it. Sure, it’s technically possible to just be excited about it with absolutely no amount of nerves, but when it’s something you want to do really well, being anxious about whether or not it will succeed is, of course, all part of the process.

I hope you’re at least half as excited about this as I am, because I’m telling y’all, this has been a long time coming. The fact that we’re getting so close to launching it all really, truly has my stomach in a very tight knot.

But more than anything, I’m just incredibly excited for you all to see everything at the big launch!
